About the role:
As the Subsurface Document Manager, you'll lead the careful oversight and management of well information throughout its entire lifecycle. You will ensure accurate data capture and organisation in our Document Management System (DMS) and the NSTA NDR. You'll also provide vital support to our Drilling, Completions & Well Services (DCWS) and Geology & Geophysics (G&G) teams, handling their day-to-day data management needs. Plus, you'll assist in maintaining regulatory compliance by developing and executing NSTA-related procedures. With your attention to detail, you'll ensure document deliverables meet standards, maintain internal registers, and handle document management requests, ensuring smooth and compliant processes company-wide.
