What you will do:
Conduct high level reviews of industrial relations legislation and instruments, particularly modern awards and enterprise agreements
Ability to identify ambiguities in industrial instruments and translate to simple questions/understanding
Implement and maintain databases with relevant industrial relations regulatory changes, legal cases and court decisions
Improve on processes and databases
Create content for industrial relations updates for online distribution
Host industrial relations introduction sessions for new employees
Collaborate across teams and assist understanding of industrial relation laws
Requirements
Bachelor of Law
2 years experience
Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
