Project Delivery & Engineering is the engine room of our offshore wind Business Unit, transforming our project pipeline into distinguished performing assets through a mix of project execution excellence and a strong engineering backbone serving the whole asset lifecycle.
Within the expansive domain of Project Delivery & Engineering, our Energy Infrastructure division is eagerly seeking an accomplished Product Portfolio Director. This pivotal position is dedicated to advancing our mission of delivering best in class electrical infrastructure for the next generation of offshore wind projects. As the Product Portfolio Director, you will assume direct oversight of either Cable Systems or Substations and Grid Integration, reporting directly to the Head of Department and serving as a cornerstone within the Energy Infrastructure team.
The Product Portfolio Director embodies the connective expertise of our organisation, forging key connections between Offshore Development and Generation departments. Also, they play a key role in facilitating the seamless integration of either substation or cable system products into the Project Delivery setting, ensuring continuity and efficiency throughout the process.
Furthermore, the Product Portfolio Director plays a strategical role in collaboration with Concept Development and Category Management teams. Together, they spearhead the identification and implementation of tailored procurement frameworks designed to meet the special needs of the portfolio. This proactive approach not only secures essential capacity and capability for multiple or clustered delivery projects but also ensures that our organisation remains agile and adaptable to evolving project dynamics, all while upholding our commitment to excellence in execution.

Your profile / who are you?
As a key member of our Business Unit, you'll need strong stakeholder management skills to develop a unified portfolio strategy within your area. You must understand the technical details and have sharp business insight to make decisions that support our overall goals. With a proven technical background and commercial awareness, you'll oversee all phases of offshore wind asset lifecycle, from start-up to decommissioning. Your broad view will enable you to handle complexities and promote sustained value in our offshore wind investments.
