Due to significant growth within our Education Technology Division we are recruiting for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join the Civica Education business. The main focus of this role is to cross and upsell our Education technology solutions into our existing MAT customer base.
Requirements
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Education division, responsible for providing business / technical expertise and solutions to our customers and prospects. Your role will involve understanding needs, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process to ensure the best possible Civica software solutions are offered.
As a member of a multi-disciplinary team covering 5+ products, you will develop a strong understanding of education goals and challenges and apply your creativity and product knowledge to creating bespoke solutions that exactly meet customer requirements.
Using your business/product knowledge and technical capability, you will ensure opportunity assessments, demonstrations, proposals, tender responses and any other customer engagements result in high level of trust and confidence that Civica is the right choice.
Preferred skills / Experience -
· 5 years’ experience working with or within the public sector.
· Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
· Excellent standard of written sales submissions
· Excellent customer facing presentation/demonstration skills
· Strong relationship-building skills with an emphasis on delighting our customers.
· Proven experience in supporting sales teams with proposal development, opportunity assessments, solution scoping, and technical clarification.
