Requirements
Civica Central Government are looking for a Delivery Manager to manage client facing projects for a number of high-profile clients across public sector.
Responsibilities -
Managing the delivery of client facing projects and programmes in an agile or waterfall environment (depending on the client)
Managing large project budgets
Creating and reporting budget forecasts
Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Testers, Infrastructure Engineers, Technical Architects, Release Managers
Liaising closely with Business and Senior Stakeholders (Heads of Departments, Directors and CEO’s where required).
Working closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts during estimation and planning of stories, sprint objectives, demos, and retrospectives
Ensuring sprints are managed effectively by removing impediments and ensuring stories are progressing
Tracking and reporting progress to the Business and senior stakeholders.
Running daily stand ups, demos, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvements and taking feedback on board
Running Project Board meetings with senior stakeholders
Managing Project Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
Maintaining scrum artefacts
Proactively managing Project resources
Reviewing Business Cases with Product Managers to ensure projects and deliverables are in line with company / department strategy and KPI's
Contribute to Bids and new opportunities
Support ongoing Project Management framework
