Job Description
Senior expert supporting the efforts associated with coordinating and implementing disaster response, recovery, information management and logistics operations; PC and client/server support responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues with hardware or software maintenance, installations, and upgrades; provides service by communicating with technical and non-technical staff; resolves computer problems in person, via telephone or from a remote location; provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, applications, accounts, services, and operating systems.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree Required
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Ability to travel for extended periods
