As the Consulting Director of Digital Transformation, you will develop business, strategize for go-to-market, and manage client delivery. About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: You will thrive in ever-evolving environments, demonstrating effectiveness in highly strategic and tactical conversations. Using your strategic and tactical skills, you will support the development and execution of practice growth to meet our business objectives including managing pre-sales cycles to ensure the successful alignment of our digital transformation solutions with client needs.
Collaboration: As a collaborative leader, you will leverage your proven track record of driving outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Your ability to foster collaboration will be essential in achieving successful digital transformation initiatives.
Technology Expertise: You will be deeply interested and experienced in the latest technology trends, with a vast understanding of the capabilities afforded by Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and SaaS solutions. Your ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex business problems will be critical.
Consulting Experience: You possess a minimum of 10 years of client-facing consulting experience at a leading consulting firm. Your experience in consulting is characterized by a strong focus on digital transformation using next-gen technology to address complex business challenges.
Pre-sales and RFP Experience: You have a strong background in managing pre-sales cycles and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients in the early stages of projects and articulate our digital transformation solutions to meet their specific needs.
Industry Knowledge: You have a track record of consulting in the technology, media, entertainment, and/or telecommunications industries, demonstrating your expertise in navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations within these sectors.
Solution Implementation: Your experience includes successfully implementing enterprise-wide solutions with both a business and technical focus. Your ability to drive effective implementation is a key aspect of this role.
Influence and Leadership: You have a proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively, enabling you to lead and guide teams towards successful digital transformation outcomes.
Mentorship: You are passionate about mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential, contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $170,000 - $250,000. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
