We have an excellent opportunity become available for a Brand Communications Marketing Manager to join the team!

This role can be based at either of our offices across Glasgow, Manchester and Reigate.

As a Brand Communications Manager, you will support the creation and delivery of all Brand marketing activity across paid, earned & owned channels, focusing on building Brand Health metrics to reinvigorate our esure & Sheilas’ Wheels brands to fuel Commercial performance.

What will my role entail?

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with our agency partners across Creative, Media & PR, ensuring we deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Being an advocate for creative bravery; championing bold, impactful work that delivers optimum cut-thru per £ spent
  • Inspiring creative agency partners to deliver their best, boldest work across all campaigns, feeding back and collaborating to secure stakeholder approvals across all campaign assets
  • Showcase a passion for media innovation, working with media agency to develop detailed media plans, aligned to annual comms plan, managing to budget and developing insight around media best practice
  • Partnering with PR agency to land key messages for both Customer & Corporate (Investors & Media) audiences
  • Work closely with our internal design studio to deliver cost-effective creative wherever possible
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, managing relationship with Compliance and Legal to secure approvals
  • Support delivery of our Corporate Brand activity, working on content that supports our esure Group corporate narrative, demonstrating progress against our bold transformation ambitions, across a busy plan of social, speaker events and PR.
  • Support Sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing our impact on the Environment and ensuring we are a force for good within the communities we’re proud to serve.
  • Work closely with our internal design studio to deliver cost-effective creative wherever possible
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, managing relationship with Compliance and Legal to secure approvals

Qualifications

You are a good fit for the role if you have the following…

  • A passion for the importance of Brand as the greatest long-term driver of Business performance
  • Experience of managing creative and media agencies to deliver Brand advertising.
  • Hunger to learn and develop.
  • Oodles of customer-centricity. Customer insight absolutely needs to be at the heart of all we do.
  • A passion for media with opinions on how to get the best out of digital and social activity.
  • Good communication skills with ability to clearly articulate your vision for a project and give detailed feedback.
  • Able to partner constructively with legal and compliance teams to esure marketing materials are compliant whilst remaining creative.
