Job Description
As an Apprentice Lease Advisor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights into the world of commercial real estate. Working alongside experienced professionals in our Lease Advisory department, you will assist with a wide range of tasks related to lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructuring.
- Support senior team members in conducting market research and analysis.
- Assist in preparing lease documentation and reports for clients.
- participate in client meetings and property inspection
- collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for maximizing value and minimizing risk for clients.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Colliers International.
