Job Description
SuccessFactors / SAP S/4 HANA Core Solution
Supporting the maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors and S/4 Platform, and its modules, interfaces, including role-based permissions.
Acting as a bridge between technical teams, business, and developers to expedite development and create better products and services.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues and incidents by Investigating and resolving functional, configuration and data related issues.
Providing 3rd line technical support and liaising with core product supplier (SAP) as well as any Application Management Service retained to ensure expert line resolution.
Performing root cause analysis in conjunction with wider platform support team for production errors.
Maintaining a prioritised backlog of platform enhancements in conjunction with SMEs
Collaborating with colleagues to conceptualize, develop, and release software changes.
Ensuring requirements and analysis aligns to Architectural standards, blueprints, and Colliers IT strategy.
Producing business analysis deliverables using relevant documentation styles in line with Colliers standards and using appropriate tools
Contribute to the Identification and management of technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained.
Support design and implementation of system integration solutions.
Updating technical documentation to ensure it is kept current and in line with configuration changes made.
Conducting quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders in EMEA on the operation of the platform and future direction.
Work closely with the SuccessFactors and ERP Programme Team (and Implementation Partner) as additional countries are on-boarded to the platform. Ensure documentation is sufficient from a support perspective to transition into live Service – particularly in relation to agreed localisations or customisations.
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to get fully involved / immersed in improving Colliers IT Services to customers.
Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting:
Demonstrable technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
Ideally having worked with SAP for five to ten years through a combination of implementation and support roles.
Assist the business users with the SAP functionality and participate in the review of business processes and system integration challenges.
Have a systematic approach to capturing / documenting and delivering new business requirements. Confident in running business-facing workshops to ensure configuration changes are understood.
Experience with SDLC, agile development methodologies and JIRA.
Development of test artefacts / scripts to ensure new areas of functionality or configuration changes go through structured test cycle (unit, integration, user acceptance).
Production of knowledge-based articles and training materials to drive adoption of the Platform and /or address common problems raised via 1st line support.
Providing ad hoc remedial training and consulting to business super users / SMEs as required to address operational issues / problems and ensure correct system usage.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP and on-going professional development and relevant certification.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field such as Business Analysis (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors / SAP S/4 HANA (ideally with certification in core modules)
Minimum of one End to End implementation – ideally across multi-countries / geographies.
Knowledge and experience of SAP ASAP delivery methodology
ITIL Certification (desirable)
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR and Finance
The candidate must have strong consultative skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment.
Must demonstrate commitment to customer service and continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
