Job Description
You will be joining an exciting production team based out of Yorkshire, UK as part of the Avery Dennison Aftermarket and Embelex division, bringing brands to life through customization, personalization, and smart solutions. As part of the Thermopatch Sports team you may be involved in driving a number of different initiatives. Areas that you might impact include the following: 1) Driving change leadership 2) Project management including a planned site relocation 3) Introduction and implementation of operational metrics and reporting systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leading business critical key projects, such as:
- Site relocation
- Introduction of an Operational Metrics system
- Implementation of new operational processes and technologies
- Administering own project portfolio
- Successfully assist in the delivery and implementation of projects assigned
- Be a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements
- Identify and remove organizational barriers to continuous improvement processes
- Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership
- Drive efforts on applying best practices
- Cooperating with other internal departments on projects related to new products, new commercial processes and/or new or future customer needs
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Analyse and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement
- Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives
- Create detailed project plans that explicitly align the efforts of multiple functional specialties (e.g. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, other)
- Leverage design for Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) methods & tools to: accelerate project timelines, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and build quality into projects from the outset
- Identify & resolve issues proactively and balancing schedule, scope, and cost constraints creatively
Qualifications
- Experience within a project management role
- Influencing peers and business leaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious, brave and engaged
- Good facilitation of internal and external customer service
- Operational awareness
- Good organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel (less than 20% expected)
