The salary for this role is £52,293(inclusive of a Market Premium Payment (MPP)
Who are we looking for?
This is an excellent opportunity to lead an engineering team, in the Integrated Engineering Division, being involved in a number of programmes of work. This role gives you the opportunity to lead a team to implement best practice engineering across all programmes of work and lead in creating innovative solutions to meet challenging requirements.
Providing a technical leadership service, you will seek to work cooperatively with a number of stakeholders and your team to achieve the best possible result with a ‘can do’ approach. You will have an interest in seeking creative ways to change, solve problems and push scientific and technical boundaries. You will have previous experience of leading project teams and will possess good working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

The role holder manages a team within the Product Engineering Unit. They will manage the work and development of the employees in the section.The role holder also provides leadership for the technical execution of projects.
