Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Framework Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Framework Manager to lead and own the full frameworks process within Hitachi Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Portal Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the tender portal activities, including registration, identifying opportunities, and ensuring seamless submission processes.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Have an in-depth understanding of relevant frameworks, including framework contracts, processes and relevant technical requirements. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the Crown Commercial Service business objectives and be able to develop and implement strategies that align with those objectives.
- Direct Award Facilitation: Lead and facilitate the direct award process within pertinent public sector frameworks.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the crucial interface between bid/sales teams, clients, and external framework management teams or category managers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with framework owners and other key stakeholders, collaborating closely with Client Account, Sales, and Pre-sales teams. Provide guidance on existing frameworks and identify future opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor, record, and analyse revenue generated from frameworks, as well as corresponding framework levies owed.
Qualifications
Key Competencies:
- Experience in public sector commercial, bid management, and/or sales.
- Proven experience in successfully managing frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a flexible, collaborate and growing team, with a track record of working to deadlines whilst staying calm at all times.
