Job Description

Join our Xplor Pay vertical as a Partner Success Specialist  to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into Manager, Partner Sales Support, this position is responsible for implementing new partners and agents including training, support, and product knowledge. In this role, you will provide quality service via phone and email to internal and external sales channels, while upholding Clearent's values.

Sales Channel Support

  • Proper vetting and setup of all new Partners and Agents
  • Accurate keying of all new Partner agreements and QA process
  • Prompt response to Sales Support e-mails
  • Proper phone etiquette with inbound and outbound calls
  • Knowledge on all 3rd party products offered by Clearent
  • Ability to perform Partner training, Compass and boarding
  • Ability to answer all Residual related questions including Partner pricing
  • Perform manual residual calculations, statement analysis
  • Accurately enter all work into Salesforce and follow SLAs
  • Partner Sales Support 4DX Metrics
  • Proactively work with new and current Partners
  • Assist new Partners in learning Clearent processes

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

- The base salary pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 USD

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Demonstrate independent work ethics, and as a member of a team, balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management skills.
  • Dedicated to learning and constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Ability to follow through to completion on a process or assignment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Excel. Previous experience with PureCloud is a plus.
  • Professional etiquette with effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills

  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Detail oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to expertly communicate company’s brand and products.
