Job Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent quality customer service to BFY customers by proactively consulting them on their customer journey communications
Deliver best in class services in the boutique fitness industry to drive BFY customer satisfaction, product/service adoption, and month over month retention
Support in building a consultative high-touch product by incorporating automated ways to deliver marketing consulting at scale
Efficient and timely launch and implementation of services with a high level of accountability
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for delivery of services to Xplor BFY customers
Has a blend of SaaS and consulting knowledge and can apply that background to evolution of BFY
Proactively address client needs and improve quality, reliability, and repeatability of BFY services
Deliver consistent, efficient and effective work without sacrificing customer service in a remote fast- paced environment
Meet and exceed quarterly objectives and key results tied to growth, NPS, and churn for the BFY Customers
Requirements:
Experience with marketing automation strategy and execution
True love for customers and helping people
Extensive experience in implementation, delivery, creation and development of service deliverables using various Xplor technologies or other software platforms
Ability to support Head of Professional Services in a remote setting
Ability to execute strategic vision and to implement best practice processes
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; with self-awareness and strong client-facing presence to be able to effectively communicate to clients.
Highly ethical, ability to demonstrate empathy, humility, motivation and listening skills
Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, our vision, and the customer problems we are solving
Marketing Guru with ear to the ground on the latest digital marketing trends and tactics
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year marketing automation experience
1+ year of fitness industry or related experience preferred
2+ years of experience working in Consulting, Professional Service, or related function
