Job Descrption
The Nail Master / Nail Art Technician provides professional and high-quality nail care services to clients at their homes or preferred location. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, customized nail art designs, performing basic manicures and pedicures, applying nail enhancements such as acrylics, gels, and polishes, and ensuring that each client has a relaxing and satisfying experience in the comfort of their own space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Nail Care Services: Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and treatments, including gel nails, acrylic nails, dip powder, and nail art.
• Custom Nail Art Design: Create custom nail art designs based on client preferences, including hand-painted designs, rhinestones, decals, stamping, and other creative techniques.
• Mobile Services: Travel to clients' homes or designated locations to provide nail services, ensuring all tools and equipment are safely transported and sanitized.
• Consultation: Conduct a thorough consultation with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any special requirements (e.g., nail shape, length, or style).
• Client Care: Provide professional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with their nail services, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Health & Safety: Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with the latest trends in nail care and art, as well as the newest products and tools in the industry.
• Inventory Management: Ensure that all tools and products are properly stocked, sanitized, and in good working condition.
• Payment Processing: Accept payment for services rendered and provide receipts as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Artist with a portfolio of previous work (including nail art designs).
• Certifications: A valid cosmetology license or nail technician certification as required by local regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, nail extensions (acrylic, gel, etc.), and nail art techniques.
• Creativity: Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to appointment schedules.
• Sanitation Knowledge: Understanding of hygiene practices and the importance of sanitation in a home service setting.
• Flexibility: Willingness to working a home service salon
Working Conditions:
• Mobile work environment: Travel to client locations for in-home services.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
