Flynn and Chase is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our dynamic investment team. This role provides broad exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, from research and due diligence to valuation, structuring, execution, and post-investment management across Private Equity and Private Credit.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, perform valuation, and returns analysis.
• Support due diligence processes, including the review of advisor findings.
• Develop internal reports and investment recommendations.
• *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
• 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund, with strong analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading university.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics preferred).
• Exceptional commercial acumen and a keen interest in investments.
