Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Marketing Team
Our dynamic marketing team are brand builders, lead generators, and content creators!
We are looking for a Mid-Level Videographer to bring Stake’s brand to life through dynamic, engaging, and high-performing video content across our social platforms, web and app.

What you’ll do:
• Conceptualize, storyboard, film, and edit high-quality videos for multiple platforms, ensuring strong hooks and high engagement
• Bring Stakes brand to life through effective storytelling and film making
• Source actors, locations, and props when needed to execute creative concepts
• Create both long-form and short-form video content , optimizing for retention and virality
• Develop YouTube-first content , including brand stories, vlogs, and expert-led videos
• Repurpose existing content into bite-sized, scroll-stopping clips for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
• Manage lighting, sound, and production logistics to ensure a polished final product
• Work efficiently and productively , meeting deadlines and executing high-quality content at speed
• Keep up with video trends and algorithms to continuously refine and improve content strategy
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of videography/film making experience, ideally in social-first content creation, particularly YouTube
• Animation & motion graphics skills (for dynamic intros, transitions, and visual effects)
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) – must be fluent in both
• Comfortable with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia for shoots
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Use AI everyday to optimise time and reduce menial tasks
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
• Experience with motion graphics & text overlays to enhance engagement
• Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
• Knows how to craft scripts to ensure audience attention is maintained
• Ability to source actors, scout locations, and manage production logistics
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience in real estate or fintech-related content
• Drone videography & photography skills
• Knowledge of SEO & video analytics to track performance
