Job Descrption
Develop BIM models with detailed ID elements, ensuring precise coordination with architectural and MEP models.Generate and extract ID and Joinery shop drawings from BIM models to support fabrication and site execution.Incorporate detailed finishing work elements into BIM models, ensuring compliance with design specifications.Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to optimize BIM workflows and improve project efficiency.Ensure BIM models align with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within the BIM environment. 5+ years of proven experience in BIM modeling with a focus on MEP / Interior Design and Joinery.Proven track record of working on large-scale projects in the GCC region.Experience with modular construction methods and techniques.Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and other relevant tools.Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and data management systems.Comprehensive understanding of GCC-specific building codes and standards.Knowledge of international standards, such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, and ISO certifications.Ability to lead a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to interpret and integrate MEP systems within the BIM model.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
