Job Description
The Facilities Craftsman is responsible for performing minor and major building and surrounding territory repair and renovation tasks.
ხელოსანი პასუხისმგებელია მცირე და ძირითადი შენობების და მიმდებარე ტერიტორიის სარემონტო და განახლების ამოცანების შესრულებაზე.
Job Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout, installation, and repairs of various elements of the buildings and surrounding territory belongings;
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and welders;
- Install, repair, and maintain various building finishes, systems, and equipment, such as plumbing, flushing mechanisms, floor tiles, gypsum carton board partition walls, painting, decoration elements, signs on interior/exterior and etc.
- Perform cosmetic repairs, such as local wall plastering and painting.
- Install, replace, adjust and apply minor repair to doors/ windows and related to them accessories;
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
- Dismantle, install and repair furniture if required;
- Install, repair, renovate various floor finishes, such as vinyl, ceramic tiles and laminate;
- Transport goods or equipment as assigned.

- ნახაზებისა და სქემების წაკითხვა და ინტერპრეტირება და შენობის ზოგიერთი ელემენტისა და მიმდებარე ტერიტორიის, ინსტალაციისა და რემონტის სპეციფიკაციის განსაზღვრა;
- მასალის გაზომვა,დაჭრა და ფორმის მიცემა ხელისა და ელექტრო-მოწყობილობების გამოყენებით, მათ შორის ხერხის, ბურღისა და შედუღების აპარატებით;
- შენობების სხვადასხვა ზედაპირების მოპირკეთების, სისტემებისა და მოწყობილობების - როგორიცაა სანტექნიკა, ჩამრეცხი მექანიზმები, იატაკის ფილები, თაბაშირ-მუყაოს გამყოფი კედლები, შეღებვა, დეკორის ელემენტები, ინტერიერისა და ექსტერიერის აბრები და ა.შ. - მონტაჟი, რემონტი და ტექნიკური მომსახურება;
- კოსმეტიკური რემონტის გაკეთება, კედლების შელესვა და შეღებვა.
- კარების/ფანჯრების და მათთან დაკავშირებული აქსესუარების ინსტალაცია, შეკეთება, დარეგულირება და მცირე რემონტი;
- გადაუდებელ და სასწრაფო საკითხებზე სათანადო რეაგირება მათი დადგომისთანავე და ამ სიტუაციების შედეგების მოგვარებაზე მუშაობა;
- საჭიროების შემთხვევაში ავეჯის დაშლა, ინსტალაცია და აღდგენა;
- სხვადასხვა სახის იატაკის ზედაპირების, როგორიცაა ვინილი, კერამიკული ფილები და ლამინატი - მონტაჟი, შეკეთება, განახლება;
- საქონლისა და აღჭურვილობის ტრანსპორტირება დავალების შესაბამისად.
Qualifications
- General secondary education, Secondary Vocational Education is preferred;
- At least 2 years’ experience in building construction and renovation activities;
- Professional Working Proficiency in Georgian written and verbal;
- High sense of responsibility;
- The ability to work in a team.

- ქართული ენის წერითი და ზეპირი მეტყველების პროფესიულ სამუშაო დონეზე ცოდნა;
- პასუხისმგებლობა;
- გუნდური მუშაობის უნარი;
