As a Travel Agent at Sky Sprint Travel and Tourism L.L.C., you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to clients, helping them plan and book their dream trips. You will assist with various travel services, including visit visas, customized travel packages, and ticketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate leads and acquire new customers through various channels.
• Assist clients with booking travel packages, visit visas, and ticketing services.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, offering expert advice on travel destinations and itineraries.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored travel solutions to meet those needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry news, and company offerings.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel processes.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to finalize bookings and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel packages, visit visas, and ticketing services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping clients plan their travels.
• Previous experience with CRM tools and travel booking systems is a plus.
