Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Principal Urban Designer to join our team in KSA. The successful candidate will work on a large-scale project and be responsible for taking ownership of design and production packages, organizing client presentations, and working to a programme for deliverables.

Responsibilities
• Take ownership of large-scale design and production packages.
• Organize and graphically develop client presentations.
• Work to a programme for deliverables and advise senior staff of any issues which may affect delivery.
Requirements
• Degree of postgraduate qualification in urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture, or related field and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership).
• Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 18 years relevant working experience in urban design, urban planning, and master planning.
• Strong design and graphics capabilities and ability to communicate ideas via various visual and graphic media including hand and computer graphics.
