Tender ManagementIdentify and evaluate RFQs, tenders, and procurement opportunities in the oil & gas sector.Prepare, review, and submit bids, proposals, and quotations in compliance with client requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions. Procurement & Supplier EngagementSource pipes, valves, flanges, fittings, turbines, compressors, and industrial equipment from verified suppliers and manufacturers.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with vendors to optimize cost savings.Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance. Market Research & ComplianceMonitor industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities.Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ICV (In-Country Value) requirements, company policies, and compliance standards. Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with sales, business development, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies.Maintain detailed records of tenders, purchases, and supplier performance for internal reporting. ✅ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management within the oil & gas, energy, or industrial equipment sector.✅ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of tendering processes, supplier networks, and procurement regulations in the UAE & GCC.✅ Product Expertise: Experience with industrial valves, OCTG, pipes, flanges, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.✅ Procurement & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to source competitively, negotiate supplier terms, and manage tenders effectively.✅ Technical & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with ICV requirements, ADNOC & ARAMCO vendor registration, and EPC procurement processes.✅ Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams to streamline operations.
