We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day office tasks. This role involves overseeing office operations, handling basic HR and Administration duties, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. A smart, organized, and common-sense-driven individual will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily office activities.
• Handle basic accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office packages proficiently.
• Support other administrative functions as needed.
• Candidate Sourcing ,Shortlisting and Conduct Interviews.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
• Smart and practical.
