DUTIES OF AN ADMIN CUM RECETIONIST
• Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, calls, faxes, and mail.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings for staff or executives.
• Data Entry: Updating databases and maintaining accurate records of important documents.
• File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring records are easily accessible.
• Inventory Management: Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
• Billing and Invoicing: Assisting with the preparation of invoices, payments, and financial tracking.
• Support to Management: Providing administrative support to senior executives or management as needed.
• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients, guests, and staff members as they enter the office, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
• Answering Phones: Managing the switchboard, answering calls, transferring calls, or taking messages.
• Managing Appointments: Ensuring visitors are scheduled correctly and meet with the appropriate staff or department.
• Directing Visitors: Guiding guests to the correct office or person and ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
• Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the front desk and waiting area are tidy, organized, and welcoming.
• Managing Deliveries: Receiving and distributing packages and deliveries to the correct department or individual.
REQUIREMENT:
Language: should speak; English, Arabic and French
Experience: Atleast 1yr of UAE experience
OWN VISA or Spouse visa
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
