1. Have hands-on experience working primarily in Retail stores, F&B restaurants, Office Fit Outs, and Banks.2. Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for Civil finishes, Hard & Soft furnishing and Decorative metal works3. Pricing of Variation items with rate build-up, takeoff sheets and other associated documents.4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.5. Adept with the working environment, show a positive attitude and should communicate with clarity6. Good working knowledge in MS Excel and Word, Autocad & Planswift Industry Experience – Interior Fit out industry.Experience : 3 to 7 years
