Job Description
• Manage the Managing Director's calendar
• Coordinate high-level meetings, travel arrangements and expenses
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
• Assist with project management and follow up on key tasks with the leadership team
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings including memos, action plans agreed and follow-up
• Facilitate smooth communication between the managing director's office and other departments
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Excellent Proficiency in English and Russian languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience for C... level
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Candidates should be currently based in UAE
