As a Laboratory Team Leader you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the team, quality and on time delivery of results for samples received within the department. This will be in accordance with the quality management system and with due regard to control of costs, Health, Safety and Environment. You will be required to provide staff with technical assistance and training and deal with routine staffing issues in support of the Laboratory Manager.

How to be a successful candidate
In order to be a successful candidate, ideally you will need experience in service industry related to Oil Condition Monitoring/Petrochemical industry. It will also help to have experience working within budgetary guidelines. You will need a minimum HNC level or equivalent in Chemistry, or significant relevant laboratory experience including managing a team.
