Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Location: Ellesmere Port (Based on-site 4 days per week)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruitment professional who is passionate about identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet current and future staffing needs.

You'll partner closely with business leaders, functional managers, and the wider HR team to ensure the successful placement of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand current and future staffing needs and build effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilise various methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social platforms / media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews and screening calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate selection activity, providing guidance to interviewers on interviewing scorecards and effective questioning.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams and business leaders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies

Qualifications

As an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, you’ll need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing strategy, and candidate assessment techniques.

You'll influence and engage hiring teams and will be confident in expressing your ideas and opinions and will proactively drive all sourcing and hiring activity.

We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate;

  • An ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to identify challenges in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Well-versed in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other technology recruitment tools.
  • A track record of successful negotiation

Desirable:

  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Full driving license for use in the UK
