Job Description
SGS is seeking a dynamic professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. They will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to penetrate new markets, fostering long-term business relationships, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and technical teams. The role contributes significantly to the overall strategic planning of the company, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for industrial inspection services and strategic business development.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the Industrial Inspection Service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence and market share.
Apply innovative approaches to penetrate new markets, capitalize on untapped opportunities, and foster long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present complete solutions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Utilize CRM effectively to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Provide accurate quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and reports to senior management, contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of sales experience, preferably including 2 years in the TIC industry, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas, Power, and Industrial sector with a strong network of contacts and relationships in UAE.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including regulatory landscape, and key players in the relevant sectors
Good familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and proficiency in analyzing sales data to drive performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Fluent in English.
