Hours: Annualised Hours contract- Average 48 Hours per week

Job Description:
As an Inspection Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors, overseeing inspection processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inspection methodologies, leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Inspection Team: Lead and manage a team of inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Oversee inspection processes to ensure products/services meet established quality criteria and comply with industry regulations and standards.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of inspection processes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, create reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge in inspection techniques and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and engineering, to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualification/membership of industry body e.g. IFIA, Deck Officer.
Full UK Driving Licence.
GCSE Maths & English (grades A to C) or equivalent.
Experience
Experience in the service sector related to the petrochemical industry.
Experience of directly communicating with clients and successfully resolving clients issues/complaints.
Previous experience of operating in a co-ordination or supervisory role within a successful team.
