Job Descrption
Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for a General Nurse at our Wellness Clinic in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about promoting patient health and wellness. In this role, you will provide a wide range of nursing services, focusing on holistic care and patient education.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans, promoting overall health and wellness.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Educate patients on wellness practices, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies.
Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring continuity of care.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care quality and outcomes.
Stay informed about the latest trends and practices in wellness nursing.
Requirements:
Valid nursing license (DHA or equivalent) required.
Experience in a wellness or holistic care environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualifications.
Strong assessment and clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in wellness nursing.
