· Strong knowledge of trading principles, with a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of trading platforms.
· Proficient in managing and configuring MT4/MT5 platforms as both Manager and Administrator.
· Hands-on experience with Bridges, PAMM, MAM, Social Trading, and Copy Trading systems.
· Familiar with trading infrastructure, including connectivity, liquidity providers, and order execution workflows.
· Experience in administering server systems, CRM platforms, and third-party integrations.
· Proficiency in English is required, and candidates with additional language skills will be prioritized.
· Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Trading Support Specialist Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders and act as the second line of defense for escalated issues from the Customer Support team.
· Investigate trade-related issues, including slippage, order rejections, and execution discrepancies, to identify root causes and resolve them promptly.
· Audit and process Introducing Broker (IB) bonuses, commissions, and promotional payouts accurately and in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot and resolve client terminal or server-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading operations.
· Analyze liquidity provider (LP) pricing through log analysis, quantitative methods, and real-time monitoring to ensure competitive and fair pricing.
· Maintain, monitor, and optimize trading platforms and third-party systems/plugins to ensure peak performance and reliability.
· Integrate and test new products, liquidity providers, and trading platforms to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
· Collaborate with IT and Development teams to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
· Liaise with liquidity providers and third-party technology partners to troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, and maintain strong partnerships.
· Configure and manage MT4/5 platforms, including symbol setup, group configurations, holiday sessions, and swap adjustments.
· 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
· Proficiency in SQL or any programming language.
· Expertise in MT4/MT5 platform administration and configuration, including server management, plugin integration, bridge setup, and back-office systems.
· Strong background in optimizing trading platform servers and databases, with the ability to implement failover procedures and automated backups.
· Knowledge of FIX/WebSocket API and PrimeXM Bridge.
· Experience in testing new plugins and trading tools, providing management with updates on the latest MetaTrader platform enhancements.
· Conduct regular audits and maintenance of all system configurations

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
