Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at GAL.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with applicable technical publications and local policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the maintenance supervisor in accomplishing the company's mission by providing support and guidance to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
• Perform inspection, servicing, and repair of aircraft and equipment in accordance with applicable technical publications and local policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enable customer technicians to attain full capacity to carry out maintenance activities.
• Complete all forms, records, and documents recording aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and applicable technical publications and local policies and procedures.
• May be requested to perform rated and/or non-rated crew member duties to facilitate completion of maintenance activities such as Maintenance Test Flights, Maintenance Operational Checks, and operation of diagnostic equipment during ground and/or flight (subject to completion of a flight physical).
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.
