Job Requirements:
The Maintenance Test Pilot will be responsible for performing maintenance test flights to validate the proper functioning of the aircraft after maintenance, troubleshooting, and modifications. This includes collaborating with maintenance teams, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper documentation of discrepancies, corrective actions, and aircraft status.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections with a focus on identifying potential safety hazards.
• Participate in the evaluation and enhancement of maintenance and flight operations procedures.
Requirements:
• High school graduate or diploma holder, BS degree in aviation preferred.
• Total 2000 flight hours, 500 hours as pilot-in-command on Leonardo AW139 Helicopters.
• Valid commercial pilot's license or higher with appropriate type rating for AW139.
• Current or ability to pass FAA/EASA/GCCA class II flight physical.
• Pass hands-on flight evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Three years' experience within five years piloting AW139 aircraft, factory/OEM training in Leonardo AW139.
• Strong knowledge of production and quality control.
• Proven experience in maintenance test flights and troubleshooting.
