Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 2-3years experience in Marble, Stone or Fitout .

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, manage, and oversee the project budgets, ensuring accurate cost control throughout the lifecycle of industrial construction projects.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for various stages of the project.
• Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of submissions, and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any financial risks or issues that may arise.
• Liaise with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project financial matters.
• Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and relevant regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
• Contribute to value engineering processes to optimize project costs without compromising on quality.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on Marble, Stone or Fitout Projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial procedures specific to industrial projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
