Job Descrption
We are in the hunt for an experienced professional to help support us in our ecommerce operations with various partnered platforms. This role involves managing and optimizing online sales channels to maximize revenue and improve customer experience. The candidate needs to possess skills related with digital marketing, website management, data analysis, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and company websites. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon PPC).Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
• Implement email marketing and promotional strategies , understanding of UAE market trends. Track sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase revenue, Generate reports and provide insights on product performance.
• Implement return policies and manage customer disputes effectively. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
