The Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Magnaflux Division (an ITW company) is a critical functional head within the business, collaborating with all members of the Magnaflux Team to meet and exceed growth and profitability goals of the business. Primary responsibilities include strategic sourcing, supply chain cost improvement and supplier accountability. This position also serves as a member of the operational management team providing a supply chain vision, business partnership, and collaboration with ITW to achieve strategic leverage and economy of scale objectives. The role encompasses manufacturing operations based out of DeWitt, IA covering more than $65M worth of equipment and blended chemical sales, and total divisional operations of $100M.
