We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Secretary to the Managing Director (MD) to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a diversified Group of Companies, the ideal candidate is expected to efficiently handle administrative, coordination, and executive support responsibilities across multiple business entities. Job Location: Dubai Industrial City Key Requirements:✅ Proven experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant (preferably in a corporate environment)✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion✅ A valid driving license is a plus Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential documents and maintain records Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required Competitive salary & benefits offered!
