Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role. As a receptionist, you will manage front desk activities and operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing essential support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, receive, and direct visitors with professionalism.
- Answer, forward, and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and handle mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and bookings.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Request and manage office supplies.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role.
- Knowledge of hospitality etiquette.
