Renew & Revive is looking for a highly motivated and personable receptionist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Responsibilities:
• Appearance is a must
• Manage a high volume of phone calls, ensuring efficient and professional communication.
• Greet visitors warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain organized records of appointments and communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
