We are a Catering company in Dubai, Alquoz and we are looking for a efficient and hardworking Area Operations Manager with experience in catering/restaurant industry.
Roles and responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Optimize inventory management to reduce waste and control food costs.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each outlet.
• Develop and execute promotional and upselling strategies to increase revenue.
• Analyze financial reports (P&L, cost control, sales performance) to improve profitability.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers, chefs, and service staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching to enhance team productivity.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and complaints to address concerns proactively.
• Rotate staffing as necessary and approve leaves for staff in agreement with HODs
• Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and food hygiene laws.
• Identify opportunities for new locations, menu innovations, and service improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Oversee new store openings, renovations, or branding initiatives.
Requirements And Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Operations Manager experience or in a similar leadership roles within restaurant or catering industry is mandatory.
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Age limit-38 or less

• Salary -4000-6000 (depends on experience and skills)
Male candidates preferred with driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
