Job Descrption
We are looking for a Back Office & Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement operations, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth purchasing processes, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain effective communication between project sites and vendors. This role requires strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in related field.
2+ years of experience in procurement or back-office coordination, preferably in the MEP/Construction industry.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and supplier networks is a plus.
