Position: Personal Loan Sales Officer
Location: UAE
Industry: Banking & Financial Services
Experience: 2-3 years in personal loan sales within the UAE
Languages: Arabic (Mandatory) & English
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly personal loan sales targets
✅ Prospect & acquire new customers through effective lead generation
✅ Build strong relationships and provide personalized loan solutions
✅ Explain loan products, terms, and conditions transparently
✅ Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and verify creditworthiness
✅ Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
Requirements:
✔Minimum 2-3 years of personal loan sales experience in a UAE banking or financial institution
✔ Strong knowledge of banking products & financial services
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
✔ Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and English
