Sr. Finance Manager at CoinTR

Job Descrption
Base Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of finance operations, including accounting, cash management, FX management, and tax compliance.
• Manage internal UID, internal wallets, external bank accounts, and LP accounts.
• Establish and optimize payment processes for both fiat and crypto currencies, including payment review, release, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Conduct FX trading for USDT/TRY pairs, with a strong understanding of FX gain/loss calculations and revaluation processes.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions and maintain robust financial controls.
• Demonstrate strong accounting expertise, particularly in General Ledger (GL) management, and quickly adapt to new accounting software.
• Review and analyze accounting reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in the crypto exchange industry.
• Extensive experience in accounting management, cash management, FX management, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in managing financial systems and processes, including payment systems and FX trading.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (reading and writing) is required.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
