Job Descrption
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and market pricing, along with the ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to develop precise project estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Review project specifications, architectural and engineering drawings to determine project scope.
• Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering solutions where applicable.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in contract negotiations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a Fit-Out Estimator or similar role in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and market rates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CCS Candy, or similar estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
