Job Descrption
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that interior design projects are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior design projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues that may affect timelines, quality, or budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
• Manage the workforce on-site, ensuring the correct allocation of resources and efficient productivity.
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations on-site.
• Handle any issues or changes in the project scope, making adjustments as needed while maintaining the integrity of the design.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and in good condition.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design project processes.
• Proven ability to supervise, manage, and coordinate site operations efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
