Joinery Estimator – Interior Design at Red Chillies Interiors LLC

Job Descrption
We are seeking a highly experienced Joinery Estimator to join our dynamic interior design team. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of experience estimating joinery work, with a strong background in the interior design industry within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for joinery and carpentry works in interior design projects.
• Review and analyze drawings, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and contractors to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate measurements and assess project scope for precise cost estimations.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing for materials and services.
• Track material costs and labor rates to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure estimates align with client expectations and project deadlines.
• Ensure all joinery work meets quality standards and design specifications.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Joinery Estimator in the interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, carpentry techniques, and interior design specifications.
• Familiarity with the UAE construction and interior design market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
