Engage are leading the industry with a pioneering new, self-employed, role, combining skills to make a hybrid agent who will be trained as a Resolution Officer and/or Customer Welfare Agent. All training and support will be provided, free of charge, for long-term progression. This exciting role will give flexibility and variety with everyday being different.

We are Engage Services, and we offer high quality field services to a range of blue-chip organisations in the utility and public sectors. We put TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) at the heart of everything we do. To ensure our continued success we rely on the people who work for us, and this is where you come in.

We are inviting applications from individuals who want to work as Self-Employed Resolution Officers and/or Welfare Agents These are very special positions that offer an industry leading remuneration package (EST 40K+ after initial training), and a training and development package that is unique within our industry.

Resolution Officer: Visiting people, many who are vulnerable, and resolving utility arrears issues preventing their involvement of further collection activity.

Customer Welfare Agents: In line with our commitment to TCF, you will be visiting and helping vulnerable People on behalf of our Utility clients. These customers are in danger of Self-Disconnection or may have personal or financial vulnerabilities that affect their ability to pay their bills.

Requirements for the Role
• A full driving licence (not always required in central London areas)
• A ULEZ compliant vehicle (If working in the London ULEZ zone)
• A clean DBS
• A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
• Good organisation and time and route planning skills
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
• To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
• Proactively work towards all targets set.
• Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
• Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.

On completion of training:

Daily fees between £120-£150 depending on experience and skills.

Job Types: Self-Employed

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends availability
• Times: flexible, as long as they fit within client business hours.

Work Location: UK wide work available. (Work is allocated in a pre-agreed postcode area)
