To co-ordinate service delivery for the Children’s physiotherapy service.
To provide line management and managerial oversight of the day-to-day running of the Children’s Physiotherapy team (managing day-to-day staff/Human resources issues, clinical).
To be responsible for delivering identified KPIs in service area via the collection and presentation of statistics to Children’s Therapy Lead and the Directorate Management team.
At least 3 years of line management experience.
At least 5 years post-qualification experience of paediatric physiotherapy.
UK hospital experience.
